I havent had any issues, the battery heats up fast and provides a range of voltages from 1.8 to 3. As well as a pre-heat function if your oil is thick or if you are in a cold environment.

carts hit very good, hold battery very well, havent had it blow up on me yet knock on wood, very good battery, preheat function works great for a clogged cart..

I bought it in September. It worked fine and I appreciated the heating up oil option with 2 clicks. However by the 4th month, the battery is always dead. It only works if its plugged. I recommend spending a bit more and getting a better longer lasting brand
